Having spent nearly a decade in this industry, I've come to realize the significance of fostering strong relationships with my clients. Our extensive client base, largely built through word of mouth, serves as a testament to the quality and satisfaction we consistently provide.

A Local SoCal Family Endeavor

My name is Monica Arellano, I was born and raised Oceanside, California. Growing up in north county San Diego really helped me understand and appreciate the diverse cultures that influence the design process. With this company I really want to bring a light and airy vibe to the construction process and make it as seamless as possible for my clients. The immersion I experienced through my father's lifelong painting business has encouraged me to go out on my own and offer more comprehensive services beyond painting. I studied interior design in college which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to create a thriving business tailored to my passion and expertise.

  • What is the typical timeline for a design project?

    First we have an initial meeting to go over the pricing and contract. We will then meet another day to go over design and planning. Depending on the order of items that we need to place it could be 4-6 weeks for the project to be fully complete in a kitchen or bathroom.

  • Can I keep my existing furniture and decor, or do I need to purchase new items?

    I try to strive for my clients to be able to use what they have existing because there are already enough costs as there is in projects like this. Adding some fun new decor is also nice to add in!

  • Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your workmanship and the quality of paint used?

    Typically our warranties and guarantees are up to a year because if you are going to see any issues with the coatings its typically within the first 6 months.

  • What is your process for estimating costs, and are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

    I will visit the jobsite and measure eveything by square footage or linear footage depending on the surface that I am working on and price the projects out by formulas that are based off of being competitive in our industry. No other additional fees come out unless there is a change order on site once we start the project.

  • How long will the painting project take, and what factors might affect the timeline?

    All painting projects really depend on how much or how little is being done. For example painting the exterior of a home that is 2000 square footage will take about 6 days to fully paint from start to finish which includes pressure washing, prepping, and applying the coatings.

  • Do you have insurance coverage, and are your painters licensed and trained?

    Our company is fully licensed and insured. Our crew has been trained to understand the components of prep work and application of all coatings.

  • Do you handle all aspects of the redesign, including sourcing materials and coordinating contractors?

    As the owner I fully handle all of the responsibilities that come with the design, finishes, ordering materials, and coordinating the contractors.

  • How do I prepare my kitchen for the redesign process?

    We ask that everything gets emptied beforehand. However, we also offer a service to help our clients organize their items before start in case they don't have help doing so by themselves or other people.
